Phil Pfeifer has over 30 years of experience in all areas of personal injury trial law, including all types of accidents and most types of medical malpractice cases. He has tried numerous cases, and holds the record for the highest medical malpractice verdicts in Ellis County and Angelina County, Texas.
Phil is an expert in the use of computers for trial presentation, including trial graphics, video depositions and case display.
Phil is Board Certified, meaning that he has passed a rigorous examination in the subject matter of personal injury trial law given by the State Bar of Texas. He has been re-certified ever five years since 1981.
Phil is rated as an AV lawyer by the Martindale-Hubbell legal rating system. This is the highest rating in skill and ethics, and the rating comes from his peers.
Investigations
Rick Mesecher is Phil's in-house, full time investigator. Rick has a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston, and is a former peace officer. He had his own private investigations firm before coming in-house with Phil. Rick has broad experience in investigating all types of accident cases, including locating and interviewing witnesses, photography, videography, and computer investigation. He gives his personal attention to all of our clients.
