Phillip A. Pfeifer

Phil Pfeifer has over 30 years experience as a personal injury trial lawyer.  He was  the valedictorian of his high school class and also of the  University of Houston College of Arts and Sciences.  He graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1975.  Phil has devoted his entire career to helping victims of accidents and medical malpractice.  He is board certified in personal injury trial law and is  AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Rick Mesecher

Rick Mesecher put himself through college while serving as a prison guard on death row in the Ellis Unit in Huntsville.  He received his degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston.  Rick has worked in law enforcement as a police patrolman, accident investigator, and SWAT officer.  Rick then opened his own private investigations firm for several years, and then came in-house with Phil Pfeifer over twenty years ago.  Rick works closely with clients and witnesses to get the facts, help clients understand the process and stay in touch throughout their case.

Phil Pfeifer and Rick Mesecher are devoted to representing the injured victim of an accident or medical malpractice.  We provide individual attention to clients.  Most of our cases come from referrals from satisfied clients.  We have never represented insurance companies, and never will.
